Feature

Ticket: FOUR-29106

This PR implements the following features:

  • Ensures every process with case retention enabled has a non-null retention period on save (retention value is always “greater than zero” in practice).
  • Keeps default retention for Tier 1 as one year and documents it.
  • Adds README documentation for CASE_RETENTION_TIER.

How To Test

  1. Ensure CASE_RETENTION_POLICY_ENABLED=true in your .env file.
  2. Ensure CASE_RETENTION_TIER=1 in your .env file.
  3. Log in to ProcessMaker. Open a Process' Configurations.
    • Confirm that the Retention Period defaults to One year after case creation.
  4. Confirm README section is clear and accurate.
