Pull Request Overview
This PR centralizes Ruby version definitions in the CI matrix by introducing a YAML anchor and applies it across lint and unit workflows.
- Replace inline Ruby version lists with a shared
&ruby_versionsanchor. - Apply the anchor (
*ruby_versions) to both the Cookstyle and unit job matrices.

.github/workflows/lint-unit.yml:32
- The PR description states removing EOL Ruby 3.2, but the CI matrix still includes version "3.2". Please remove this entry from the &ruby_versions anchor to align with supported Ruby versions.
- "3.2"
