This is the palimpsest that was split by the BM and re-bound as separate mss in the order and orientation of the undertexts. Our record reflects the Syriac overtext with msParts for the undertexts

This PR will bring main up to date with the many data changes and normalizations since the 2024 SMBL Review Editors workshop.
A few specific changes to note:
@emgeier FYI on this update to the data on main. I think we can test out running the GH action on it to update what's in the Gaddel version of the app
