XML is deprecated within Symfony. Document the way using YAML files

Shyim (@shyim) should this already be merged? Since it was introduced in 7.4 and we are still on 7.3

It's better when people start swapping to alternatives early as possible, we should teach the people "future proof" things

Anything new here Shyim (@shyim) / Michael Telgmann (@mitelg) ? I know this is just a draft, but trying to clean up a little, and if the idea was dismissed, we might as well close this.

we decided to go with the PHP format for configs. so we can close this, or re-write to PHP usage

When we're gonna rewrite. I would also rewrite entirely to Autowire and just mention the config to be enable Autowire. Thats the modern Symfony way and that what we should teach people
