fix(raindrop-io): add platform check to skip AppleScript on Windows/Linux

Description

Hey @xmok, following up on my comment about the extension mostly working on Windows - this small fix adds a platform check before attempting AppleScript commands.

Since AppleScript only works on macOS, this change skips the AppleScript fallback on Windows/Linux and instead shows a error message directing users to install the Raycast Browser Extension.

The Browser Extension API (the preferred method) already works cross-platform, so this just improves the error handling for non-macOS users who don't have it installed.
