Added Core Area and Core Utilization Metric based on Issue #4

Features:

Calculates the maximum bounding box of all the cells (core area)
Calculates the (std cell area + macro cell area) / core area
Plots the core area in the placement_result.png
Outputs nan core utilization if std cell area + macro cell area > core area
