@Jiri-Koten thanks for the PR. lame is still the primary MP3 encoder, is still used by various things for this purpose including gstreamer, and is not related to libmad.

The lame was included twice, so it's not a removal just 'typo' correction. |
libmad is no longer being used by any pkg in RHEL, also no longer maintained. Removing lame duplicate - included twice by mistake.
