Recently we introduced one more dependency for Workspace initialization - _mgmt_client , so this PR integrates that dependency into new mock framework.

Also contains some tests updates for workspace, adapting test_mgmt_client and test_workspace_connection_params_validation tests, and some tests for job statuses that were added recently.
