Update Object Types.md with interface extension details

The Interface Extension vs. Intersection section explains that conflicts are handled differently, but the examples only demonstrate this for intersection types.
There is currently no explicit example showing that interface extends fails at compile time when properties are incompatible, which is a key behavioral difference.
