This PR updates swc_core to version 50 and fixes the API changes (Atom -> Wtf8Atom). Additionally it includes cfg=swc_ast_unknown to be forwards compatible with SWC plugin API changes. This means no more forced updates for this small plugin when next.js releases a new version 🎉
