Add the
enable_dsmooption to Cisco ASA in a similar way as it works for Cisco platform.Note: In the wiki https://github.com/google/capirca/wiki/Policy-format#cisco the "dsmo" flag is incorrectly specified as
dsmo, while in the codebase the flag isenable_dsmo. For Cisco ASA, the flag is alsoenable_dsmo, but the wiki entry should be fixed, and also then updated for Cisco ASA.
