Version sync: - Sync all version references to 3.3.10 (was 3.4.0/3.3.6 mismatch) - Update lakefile.toml, README.md, _version.py, CHANGELOG.md Terminology standardization (remove internal jargon): - Rename Lean Primes namespaces: Tier1 → Direct, Tier2 → Derived - Rename Python primes: TIER1_PRIMES → DIRECT_PRIMES, etc. - Update tests to use new names (with backwards compat aliases) - Replace "Phase N" comments with descriptive mathematical terms - Replace "Tier N" status with "axiom-based" or "proven" Module cleanup: - Integrate orphaned AnalyticalFoundations.lean into Foundations/Analysis - Update docs/USAGE.md with academic terminology Files: 29 modified across Lean, Python, and documentation Note: Certificate.lean blueprint edge fixes deferred (visualization only)
