docs(apple): Deprecate CocoaPods references in Apple/Cocoa SDK docs#16591

CocoaPods will not receive new updates after July 2026. Updated all Apple SDK documentation to add deprecation alerts, remove CocoaPods as a recommended install method, and direct users to SPM or manual XCFramework installation instead. Co-Authored-By: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>
Carthage is also deprecated; only keep SPM as the install method. Co-Authored-By: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>
