Add an Adaptive Card fixture and test harness for the Teams formatter, plus a stub formatter to compile. This sets up test-first implementation on the new branch.
Implement Teams formatter that renders Adaptive Card JSON for core Clicky data types, including schema-aware title handling, lists, tables, trees, dividers, and button actions.
Lowercase Teams TextBlock weight/size values to match Adaptive Card schema constraints in formatter output and fixture.
