why is it written in brackets?

Because usually it's 7,50 per Person. But NS staff doesn't have to pay this. The NS colleagues were unsure if this also applies to staff from other countries. The last time I bought FIP Tickets at the NS ticket office for the Eurostar I didn't had to pay the service fee. So we are unsure if the service fee applies to FIP tickets.

Ahhh, i didn’t follow the conversation on discord. Should the brackets been explained in the Detail Text, what do you think?

Brackets are not a good indication (I also didn't understand what the brackets are used for). I'd rather use * to indicate additional information and explain in the text.
How would they find out which company I work for? Do they ask for a scan of the FIP card like Eurostar does?
