Fixes #6022 — Deletes the Asset Management page. This page was taking up a top-level spot within the security solution's ToC, creating clutter while adding very little (the page was just a short list of links). Nowhere else was linking to it, and the section about Assets on the Elastic Security UI page was more informative than the deleted page anyway (since it has more deep links).
This PR also removes Cloud Security from the Assets section in the Elastic Security UI page to match the current UI I observed during testing.
