chore(local-explorer-ui): Overhaul local explorer UI

Summary

This overhauls the core layout / UI design of the local explorer to make it a bit cleaner and follow more of a Kumo-ify look to it. The changes include:

• Switch color palette to a more neutral white, gray & black color palette
• Updated core layout to use a floating content card
• Added the ability to collapse the sidebar
• Added easing animations to sidebar dropdowns
• Added theme toggling (light, dark & system)
• Added animated Cloudflare logo to the homepage

  • Automated tests not possible - manual testing has been completed as follows: Overhauled most of the UI and gone through and inspected it myself as closely as possible.
