The workflow had a weakness, if solrbot would bump the version of a dependency, it would also change the PR title, and this generate-renovate-changelog workflow would blindly generate a new changelog file with a different name without cleaning up the previous one.
We could fix this by just using a static changelog file name PRXXX.yml, but I like the verbose human friendly file names, so I instead made the script delete before generating.
