After this patch The Unit tests are failing with Invalid ciphers: AES
i.e in options.setCipher("AES") part
So after the patch, AES/CTR/NoPadding is allowed as a part of allowed ciphers and that is already being set in Options constructor so need of again setting this as options.setCipher
