In source database i was working on, users had `mgroup` set to 0, while such group did not exist in database.

I'm not really sure if it's the case of v2 vs v3, or some plugins, or whatever else, but forum i converted had some columns named differently.
Also there were a few cases, where user had group id set to "0", and such group did not exist in database.
So this patch renames columns names and adds safeguard for missing group data.
I'm opening against master, but it should go to some new branch, e.g.,
IPBv2:). There's just no way to propose such move while creating pull request, sorry.
