enable activeProject to flip

I think he means that the project for the current window can expand/collapse by clicking the arrow.

Currently, the active project is always expanded and cannot be collapsed.

@agektmr I don't realy need it to be collapsible. I usually don't have too many tabs on the current project, so I can see most of my projects without scrolling.

It would be good for people who have too many tabs on the active project and don't want to scroll, but I don't think it's a very common scenario (you shouldn't have too many tabs per window if you are using Project Tab Manager)
