Pull request overview
This PR adds a GitHub Actions workflow for a "Props Bot" that automatically generates a list of contributor props (credits) for pull requests. The workflow is based on WordPress Core's implementation and uses the WordPress/props-bot-action@trunk action to compile contributor credits in SVN format.
