Bidirectional MR can help determine causality between risk factors and disease. When Microbiome genera abundancy phenotypes were the exposure, the SNPs are filtered by 1e-05. When cardiometabolic or sleep phenotypes were the exposure, the SNPs are filtered by 5e-08.
