Implemented new codelab for Event Portal.
The new codelab covers :

• New EP design
• Environments and MEM
• Using the AI designer tool to create an EDA design
• New logos and colors
• Enhancing the created design with new events and applications
• Creating a new Rest Delivery Point and pushing the configuration to the Solace broker using Event Portal
• Publishing a test message
• Receiving the published event as a REST message payload via the RDP
