Added "fastSkip" command that uses skip without the dropdown. It makes the skip feel much faster. Also, if you skip to a non-word character (like "-.;:) it will still move to that character.
Caveats:
Currently this conflicts with extend mode so still defaulting to normal skip in extend mode.
Another thing is commands will need to use !codeFlea.waitingForCharacter to prevent conflicts with other binds when skipping.
