• Fixed the validation for Max Attendees field in Create New Event Modal
• Allows only Positive integers as a valid input for max attendees.

How to test:

1. check into current branch
2. do npm install and npm run start:local to run this PR locally
3. Clear site data/cache
4. login as admin user
5. go to dashboard→ https://localhost:5173/communityportal/participation
6. Click on Create New Event
7. Try entering negative values or decimals in the max attendees input box
8. Check if Error message is displayed and doesn't allow you to create the event.
