Main changes explained:

• Added an API end point to fetch Events based on event Id

How to test:

1. check into current branch
2. do npm install and npm run start:local to run this PR locally
3. Clear site data/cache
4. log as admin user
5. navigate to /communityportal/
6. click on any of the cards, and it should navigate to the event's registration screen
