When we updated the instances page with correct formatting etc - we lost the certificate work that was performed by travis in the previous version - this brings it back.

the reintroduction can be verified by:
git difftool 7883be4 -- src/pages/docs/argo-cd/instances/index.md

Where 7883be4 is the commit where the cert docs were originally written.

Lost in PR #2976

```
All certificates included in the secret will be loaded into the trust store during the gateway's startup. If any of the keys in your secret are duplicates of the keys in `octopus-argocd-gateway-certificates` the values in your secret will take priority e.g. If you set `octopus-server-grpc-certificate.pem` in your own secret but then also pass a value to `gateway.octopus.serverCertificate` the certificate in your secret will overwrite the one in the helm values.
