This PR updates Psyneulinkviewer to be able to render latest EGO Model provided, the script for this model was converter to Psyneulinkviewer friendly model (without method definitions).
The model used is this, but code was extracted into format we can parse for psyneulinkviewer (without method definitions). Model converted to psyneulinkviewer friendly format found here https://github.com/MetaCell/PsyNeuLinkView/blob/ad87efb2a23009c398d0dc30a79c9a7ebbb062e2/test_models/EGO%20Model%20-%20CSW%20with%20Simple%20Integrator.py
