@seangwright - let's double check whether it makes sense to bump Kentico.Xperience.Libraries here. The integration packages are quite special and have to be kept at "13.0.0" to make sure the integration package is compatible with all KX13 instances.

Edit: we have agreed on not bumping the versions.
