This is for the emu_development project. This contains the core changes required to declare that a module function is emulatable, and that autogenerates the headers to the necessary emulation functions.
This PR is just so @idamarie1303 , @anderkve or @gregorydavidmartinez can have a chance to be aware of the code changes that I made. It can be happily merged as soon as you've had a look.
