Started with an electromechanics degree.
Ended up designing interfaces, shipping products to millions,
and now building agents that build things.
Life is strange and I recommend it.

Compiling stas v21.0.0 (21 years of shipping things)
Finished release [optimized] target(s)
I spent the first 5 years of my career in design and UX — wireframes, design systems, user research, leading teams across B2B and B2C products. Then 16 years in product management. That background never left. I still think in user flows before I think in code.
These days I'm Senior AI PM at Keepit, building MCP integrations and agentic automation for enterprise SaaS backup. I run a global AI preview program with 30+ enterprise clients — navigating the gap between what AI can do and what Fortune 500 security teams will actually allow.
On the side I help founders kill the repetitive work that's eating their week. stas.vision.
In the evenings I write Rust, build autonomous coding systems, make AI music tools, and write children's books about skeletons and cats. The last two are unrelated. Probably.
- 🦉 Building Athena — exploring how far autonomous coding agents can self-improve
- 🏢 Running AI Preview @ Keepit — 30+ enterprise clients, roadmap from human-in-loop → fully agentic
- 🎯 Consulting — helping founders cut repetitive work at stas.vision
- 🎹 Making AI music tools — because creative projects keep the brain honest
- 📚 Writing children's books — skellycats.com, because why not
🦉 Athena — Autonomous multi-agent system in Rust. Ghost agents (coder, scout), eval harness, self-build + optimizer tournament pipeline. My main experiment in agents that improve agents.
📐 Progressive Estimation — AI skill for estimating human + agent development work. PERT statistics, confidence bands, calibration loops. Zero dependencies, works in any AI coding assistant.
🔥 Burnwatch (coming soon) — macOS menu bar app that monitors AI tool spend in real-time. Watches Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI, OpenCode. P90 anomaly detection, zero auth, MIT. Because $900 Cursor bills shouldn't sneak up on you.
🎵 Luminary Forge (private) — AI music production desktop app. Suno generation, stem separation (vocals / drums / bass / other), DAW-ready export. Built with Tauri because native matters.
🤖 Productboard MCP — MCP server for Productboard with 40+ tools. Your AI can now manage your product roadmap. You're welcome, or sorry.
🎫 Freshdeck MCP — MCP server for Freshdesk. Tickets, contacts, agents, conversations — all from your AI assistant.
📚 Skellies & Gigglecats — A children's book universe about friendly skeletons and mischievous cats. Layered humor for kids who love weird things and parents stuck reading aloud at 10pm. Yes, the same person built Athena.

Random facts
- Holds a degree in electromechanics from Kyiv Polytechnic Institute. It comes up less than you'd think.
- Went from pixel-pushing to writing Rust in one career arc. No regrets, several compiler errors.
- Ships bedtime stories for 6-year-olds and autonomous Rust agents. Different tabs, same brain.
- 50/50 B2B and B2C background. Equally comfortable with enterprise CTOs and angry consumer users.
- Has written more design specs than he'd like to admit, and will defend them if provoked.
- Ran a gaming platform with 30M users. Still can't beat most of them.
