This PR updates the README.md to accurately reflect the exposed ports for Gitea, QBittorrent, and Syncthing. Additionally, it optimizes the user management handlers in the web interface by offloading blocking file I/O and system command execution to a separate thread pool using spawn_blocking, ensuring the async runtime remains responsive.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 17471884831252969907 started by @Cylae

- Added Gitea SSH (2222), QBittorrent Peering (6881), and Syncthing Discovery (21027 UDP) ports to README.md.
- Refactored `add_user_handler` and `delete_user_handler` in `web.rs` to use `tokio::task::spawn_blocking` with a cloned `UserManager`, preventing blocking of the async reactor during user management operations.
- Verified changes with `cargo check` and `cargo test`.
