A solution to the NQueens problem, decided to upload the final version
To use compile in java using javac NQueens.java
to run use:
java NQueens <size> <ps> <pss> <age>
size - the N for the N queens problem (NxN board)
ps - the population size
pss - parent sample size
age - how long an individual can live before being removed
More on age: The removal for age happens before the removal of excess individuals.
Printed to the console is: <Top fitness score> <Population size after removal> <Generation>
If you find the program isn't working you must make sure the age limit isn't too low.
