Fix config file syntax and labels

We use %SHELLS right now.  I'm not even sure what I meant by that.  If we keep the aliases, then let's make it something more intuitive.  There should also be a stanza section for mounts that chos.init would read to mount up the /chos space.  We should probably also use a more common syntax, such as...
