On restart, desktop names get jumbled

On restart, the desktop names get completely mixed up. Some names are repeated, some names are deleted, the order changes. It behaves unpredictably.

Hello @ultravioletcatastrophe , when you say restart, do you mean on reboot, or on restarting the application?

@ruittenb I mean reboot, my apologies. quitting the app and starting it again does not seem to result in any problems.
