User Guide for PartnerBase

Hi all! We've talked about this and started some email chains a couple different times on a user guide for PartnerBase. My questions:

• Is this something that is in the works?
• What would your expectation be for who is creating the guide? (Developers or stakeholders [Megan} or both together?)

We have a lot of technically challenged partner agency reps and I think a legit written guide and perhaps some intro/onboarding videos would make a HUGE difference (and up the credibility of the site) for our partners.

I think this could a great idea if it doesn't already exist. It would be good to have a list of common questions or experienced issues.

Checking in to see if this is in process. I feel like it might be but don't see any other tickets besides this one that might be addressing it. We continue to spend an enormous amount of staff time troubleshooting and problem-solving fairly simple PartnerBase issues. Would be great to have someplace to point them first.
