What might cause duplicate PRs?

Hi,
I use this action for auto prs that update dependencies. I use v5 with the following inputs:
* branch (always the same)
* title (always the same)
* labels (always the same)
* body (might vary sometimes)

Do different body and commit change cause creating multiple PRs? Is there any input/variable/flag that prevents creating multiple prs even if commit changes are different?
