8.5.0 releases not on docker hub

Issue Description

The latest releases of the dashboard are not pushed to docker hub. The alpha releases are there, but not the actual releases.

Steps to reproduce

See the latest tags on docker hub https://hub.docker.com/r/parseplatform/parse-dashboard/.

Actual Outcome

No tags for the 8.5.0 rekease and the latest release reflects the 8.2.0 image

Expected Outcome

Tags to be available like previous releases.
