There seems to be an issue with key import from gpg default keyserver "keys.openpgp.org". It is described here: https://keys.openpgp.org/about/faq#older-gnupg

It's possible to change the keyserver for instance to "keys.gnupg.net" or to download and import the key manually. For the latter I just added the "PGP signature key" to the download page.
