fix zsh navigation in wsl

On macOS, `Alt+Left` / `Alt+Right` navigate word by word along the command as it is being composed.

On macOS, `Ctrl+Left` / `Ctrl+Right` do nothing.

On WSL, all four corrupt the screen with terminal escape sequence junk.

Also, WSL lost the ability to Tab / Shift+Tab cycle through autocompletion menus.

Suspect zinit / zsh-defer may not support WSL / Windows Terminal.
