Bundle Installation

I have installed the bundle on my pc and everything go well, but when my team mate try to install the project,he got a problem with this bundle(liuggio/excelbundle) , the composer don’t install the bundle in the vendor folder and that’s why my team mate should run :
“composer require liuggio/excelbundle” command.
Any help? Any idea ?

After searching I think that the bundle is not compatible with PHP7. because on my PC "PHP5.6" every think go well and my friend "PHP~7.0" got a problem when downloading the project.
