More element shortcuts

Currently, if a reference to a slider is used in an arithmetic operation the reference will be replaced by its value. This should be expanded to other elements as well:

Turtle/Point: x/y coordinates
Transformation: matrix
Line: x/y/z
Conic section: (maybe stdform?)
tapemeasure: value
