Description
Occasionally our instances end up in an inconsistent state and requires us to run "Import All (Force)".
Our project currently has about 200 classes, 78 Interop production items, 4 lookup tables, 3 custom HL7 schemas, and 9 xslt files.
Running a forced import frequently exceeds the timeout limit of VS Code and we are presented with an error simply stating Executing Studio Action "Import All (Force)" failed.:
With this message in the output window:
AxiosError: Request failed with status code 504
Digging into my own system to figure out how long the import takes, I have incomplete information.
This query attempts to report run time, but we only have second (not millisecond) resolution:
SELECT id, StartTimestamp, EndTimestamp, DateDIFF('ms', StartTimestamp, EndTimestamp) As RunTime, Status
FROM SourceControl_Git.DeploymentLog
WHERE ID > 800
ORDER BY ID Desc
When I look at my Interop Deployment History:
- each business item has its own entry (can these be loaded in parallel?)
- For both deployments, loading just the business items took about 30 seconds. I do not have visibility into what took up the difference in time.
- Deployment ID 811 actually had one production item error out, but that did not get reported in
DeploymentLog.Status:
<Ens>ErrGeneral Deploying encountered an issue:
Errored Re-enabling production items at the end of deployment.

(we had changed the underlying class for that particular business operation, and the file name ended up being renamed, so it is possible the hooks got confused by that.)
