Replace match result create and edit dialogs with useFormDialog

Requirements

• Replace <CreateMatchResultDialog/> and <EditMatchResultDialog/> with useFormDialog.
• Repair Submit Match Result action for pairings and tournaments.
• Add tournament pairing actions to submit match result for that pairing.

Additional Context

This should hopefully solve #201 and contribute towards #270
