[BUG]: Event Compaction event doesn't have token usage metadata.

Event compaction event doesn't have LLM usage metadata. Since it is llm request, we should be able to see token usage at least.

also plugins are not applicable for event compaction event as well.

Compaction events do call the LLM, but token usage wasn’t being recorded.That’s why usage metadata was missing.
Plugin support for compaction events is still not supported by design.
There is an open PR #4026 that adds token usage tracking for compaction events.
so this issue should be fixed once it’s merged,Please let us know if you notice anything else.
