Run command prompt: Placeholder text not fully removed when selecting "No, and tell Copilot" option

Describe the bug

Placeholder text only partially disappears with the N still being visible. It appears to be a graphical bug rather than steering me to type my own instruction.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

Any command prompt appears to have this.

Expected behavior

The N shouldn't be there and optimally it would look like a prompt to indicate I had to type an instruction

Additional context

Using MacOS, iTerm2, zsh, starship.
