We have added the preprocessed synthetic datasets in the processed/ folder. The commands to run the code are in the README file.
If you want to generate your own datasets, see https://github.com/datamllab/tods/tree/benchmark.

SWaT and WADI are both private datasets, they can be requested following the steps here https://itrust.sutd.edu.sg/itrust-labs_datasets/dataset_info/.
