Remove OutputAdapter, ListJoiner, DocumentJoiner from tutorials

OutputAdapter, ListJoiner, DocumentJoiner are not required any longer in most pipelines thanks to https://github.com/deepset-ai/haystack/releases/tag/v2.24.0

We should update the following tutorials:
