Elevation dragger circle needs outline and shadow #25
Description
The elevation dragger at /images/elevation-dragger.svg doesn't stand out well from the elevation chart background.
The circle section should have a light circle added, plus shadow.
It also be made slightly less tall, i.e. move the circle down a little so that it is nearer the base.
